The 49th Annual Music Feast Show Choir Invitational will be held on Saturday November 14, 2026. We need all the volunteer help we can get from our Music Family and the surrounding community.
This year we are using SignUp, to register volunteers. We need help both on setup, Friday November 13th, and the event day, Saturday November 14th.

Sign up: Choose your times to volunteer – SignUp will send you an automated confirmation and reminders. SignUp does not share your email address with anyone.
Volunteer Information:
Please park in the Front Parking Lot near the main school entrance
Upon arrival, please report to the Volunteer Check-in located just inside the front doors.
After you have completed your shift(s), please return to the Volunteer Check-In so we know what positions are currently available.
It takes over 100 volunteers to successfully make Music Feast happen! THANK YOU in advance for helping with this wonderful event.
Please remember, if you have a student performing in the Varsity Singer show, you will be able to watch them, even if you are signed up at that time!

We have also added some incentives to show our appreciation!
On 11/14, if you volunteer at least 4 hours, you will get free admission to the event! If you volunteer 6 or more hours, you will receive a voucher for a free meal!
Every 4 hours of volunteer time will give you one entry into our volunteer door prize drawing! Evening shift, you get an extra entry!
There will be an email listed in the sign-up slot, and a comment section. Please be sure to let us know anything that may affect your job placement, or any requests.
