Ada Schools Earn 4.5-Star Rating on State Report Card
Greetings Bulldog community!
Ada Schools is proud to share the results of the 2024–2025 Ohio School Report Cards. Both Ada Elementary School and Ada High School earned an overall rating of 4.5 out of 5 stars, moving up from last year’s 4-star rating. This accomplishment reflects the hard work of our students, the dedication of our staff, and the strong support of our families and community.
Superintendent Julie Simmons shared her appreciation:
“I want to take a moment to congratulate and thank our teachers, staff, and volunteers for their hard work and dedication to our students. The recently released local report cards show that both of our buildings have moved from a 4-star rating to 4.5 stars—an incredible accomplishment!
This growth is a direct reflection of our community’s commitment, teamwork, and strong belief in what our students can achieve. Thank you for all you do each day to make Ada Schools a place where students can “excel in all areas of the school experience!”
Highlights from this year’s report cards include:
⭐ High Achievement and Progress Ratings – Both buildings exceeded state standards in academic performance and student growth.
⭐ Strong Gap Closing – Ratings show that Ada Schools are significantly exceeding state standards in reducing educational gaps among student groups.
⭐ Excellent Graduation Rate – The high school significantly exceeds state standards in graduation success.
⭐ Early Literacy Growth – Elementary students continue to show progress in literacy, with 100% promotion to 4th grade.
Ada Schools will continue working toward excellence, focusing on growth, achievement, and preparing students for future success.
